Core Responsibilities:
- Answer email inquiries from our students
- Ensure invoicing and billing is up to date
- Manage the instructor’s calendar
- Manage social media accounts
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as an administrator
- Proficient in Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter
- Comfortable with technology such as email, basic web design, pdf files, MS Office suite
- Quick learner – open to learning new tools and platforms
- Friendly, quick, clear communicator
- Clear grasp of English
Nice to have:
- Passionate about music education
- Knowledgeable about Indian Music notation
