Administrator

Core Responsibilities:

  • Answer email inquiries from our students
  • Ensure invoicing and billing is up to date
  • Manage the instructor’s calendar
  • Manage social media accounts

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as an administrator
  • Proficient in Social Media such as Facebook, Twitter
  • Comfortable with technology such as email, basic web design, pdf files, MS Office suite
  • Quick learner – open to learning new tools and platforms
  • Friendly, quick, clear communicator
  • Clear grasp of English

Nice to have:

  • Passionate about music education
  • Knowledgeable about Indian Music notation
